Some of our Backupify for Google Apps customers have a ton of users – and we think that’s awesome. We’ve seen one domain with 50,000 Google users, believe it or not!
We recently enhanced the Backupify app to make it easier to backup all your hundreds – or even thousands – of users. The new Add Users page has infinite scroll –the list automatically refreshes as you scroll, rather than requiring you to to skip through Next and Last pages — and loads users on demand if you have more than 100 users in your Google Apps domain.
To get to this page in your account, admins need to sign in to Backupify. Then, click the Add Users + button. The left side of this page displays all your Google Apps domain users that are not currently being backed up.
If you have more than 100 un-backed up users, well, first, you’re in trouble. (Back ’em up!) Second, you will see our new infinite scroll when you browse the list. You can scroll through the list of users or search for a specific user to add them to your backup roster. (But why not add them all?) Happy scrolling!
